The Mikumi National Park covers an area of 3 230 km² and is the third largest park of Tanzania (after Serengeti and Ruaha).

Easily accessible from Dar es Salaam (only 3 hours of good road), the park still remains one of the least visited in Tanzania.

And yet the variety and density of wildlife is particularly interesting (elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions ... many species of antelopes and presence of several packs of lycaons).
