For many people, encountering the mythical landscapes and the great fauna of East Africa is the fulfillment of a dream.
Then one day, this dream becomes a necessity, almost an emergency: the safari is then an initiatory experience.
It is this journey that the authors of this book have lived and, under the conditions of a first trip, they come to testify to the force of their discovery.
The tracks of northern Tanzania are revealed to us, in an original way, by their three complicit and complementary views. The painter's notebook, that of the traveler and that of the naturalist reconnect with the modes of expression of past expeditions, when photos or advertising slogans did not exist.
This work has the strength of experience, its poetry too.
